Executive board

Jean-Xavier LALO has BA degrees in Literature and Law. A graduate of the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, holder of an MA in History, a postgraduate DEA diploma in Philosophy and a PhD in the History of Law, he also holds an HEC Executive MBA degree.

He started his career with AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT where he successively held the posts of Personnel Affairs Researcher in the Production Division, Manpower Strategy Advisor in the Central Personnel department and then Training Manager.

Transferred to the GEFCO group in 1995, he first became Personnel and Human Resources Manager before being appointed Human Resources and Communication Manager in 2000, and then Vice President - Human Resources, Communication and Organisation in 2002.
