Hayette, Group Management Controller
Since her recruitment by GEFCO in its strategy and finance department, Hayette has been Management Controller for the past year.
She talks about her work here.
‘My first years with GEFCO taught me about all the agency activities in the Transport and Preparation of vehicles.
My role consisted of monitoring and analysing the results of agencies in France, helping with drawing up the budget and monitoring overruns. I then moved into the Group Management Control department and I am now in charge of the consolidation and monitoring of investments. I take part in the financial control of 5 countries in Western and Central Europe and North-West Africa, and I carry out studies for the deployment of financial information systems.
With the group expanding internationally, I’m sure to have good prospects in the future.’
