Throughout the world, ensuring the health and safety of employees is the group’s absolute priority. This is achieved by a universal acceptance of responsibilities across the organisation: employees, managers and external partners. GEFCO dedicates considerable resources to training and informing its staff in risk prevention.

The latest agreement, signed in France in June 2008, is an illustration of this policy. It covers the integration and employment continuity of disabled employees. This agreement fits into its global policy on the company’s corporate responsibility.
