Differences a key asset
Like every company in the PSA Peugeot-Citroën group, GEFCO regards diversity as an asset and an important factor in the company’s performance.
The group favours, around the world:

- the recruitment of disabled employees
- the hiring of young people and seniors
- the employment of people of varied cultures and origins.
Social dialogue - a priority
Dialogue with social partners in all the countries where GEFCO is present is one of the cornerstones of the group’s human resources policy. Because of this, diversity of cultures and languages is an asset.
Throughout the world, ensuring the health and safety of employees is the group’s absolute priority. This is achieved by a universal acceptance of responsibilities across the organisation: employees, managers and external partners. GEFCO dedicates considerable resources to training and informing its staff in risk prevention.
Agreements with the social partners across the globe
The GEFCO group encourages the signing of agreements with the social partners in all the countries where it operates.
The latest agreement, signed in France in June 2008, is an illustration of this policy. It covers the integration and employment continuity of disabled employees. This agreement fits into its global policy on the company’s corporate responsibility.
